Tutti fruiti smoothie recipe




Ingredients:
Serves 4

1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
1 cup crushed pineapple & juice (canned is just fine too)
250ml plain vanilla yoghurt (soy or diary based)
1 cup orange juice
1 large ripe Banana (sliced or cut into pieces)
1 cup ice cubes or crushed ice.


Preparation:

Pour all ingredients in a blender and watch as they mash and smash together. Blend for 3 minutes or until smooth with a velvety texture.
